Harry Potter fans, you can now live out your childhood dream! That’s right, thanks to AirBnB, you can now stay in Harry Potter’s childhood home for $142/night. Nope, not Privet Drive, but the home where he very briefly lived with his parents as a baby boy. Yes, the very same house where Harry Potter earned the nickname “Boy Who Lived” after Voldemort killed his parents but failed to kill him.
This real-life bed and breakfast — the De Vere House in Lavenham, England — was used in Warner Bros. film adaptations as Harry’s house in Godric’s Hollow. If you want to see pictures of the property, head to the official AirBnB listing — it looks amazing.
Just imagine traveling to to London, taking the Warner Brother Studio Tour, and then relaxing in Harry Potter’s house for the night. It’s a Potterhead’s dream. And it won’t break the bank! Showing up with your Harry Potter wand, gown and accessories is optional but encouraged.
