Eleven’s powers return

This needs to happen in Stranger Things 4. Like, there’s no season 4 without it.

In the season 3 finale, Eleven loses her powers when a piece of the Mindflayer gets lodged in her leg. Despite everyone’s efforts, they’re unable to get it out, and Eleven has to use all the power she has to remove it. And then, that was it. Her powers never came back after that!

By the time season 3 ends, we see a three-month time jump where Eleven is still struggling to get her powers back. It’s heartbreaking to see, and it makes me wonder what the Duffer Brothers are trying to accomplish with this storyline.

I’m sure there is some grand plan for why Eleven doesn’t have her powers at the end of season 3, but we need to see them return. The show just isn’t the same without her doing her thing, getting a nosebleed, and saving the day.

Maybe the Byers and Eleven will be able to find some way to return Eleven’s powers to her outside of Hawkins, or maybe they’ll just come back on their own unexpectedly. So long as they come back, I’ll be happy.
