Into The Arrowverse: Lena Luthor puts Supergirl on ice

The Arrowverse had quite the exciting week of episodes — particularly on Supergirl and Arrow, which both laid a foundation for trouble ahead. Batwoman was a bit slow and difficult to get through and still shows no signs of how it may factor into the upcoming crossover. I’m still eagerly waiting to see what will happen there, but so far, I’m slightly disappointed.

Black Lightning is more of the same and focuses heavily on Anissa’s deteriorating health. I think we can assume that there won’t too much of a buildup to the Crisis. I’m assuming it’s something that will just present itself right as the whole thing kicks off.

This week, The Flash prepares for the Crisis in its own way, with a bit of humor mixed in. Out of all the Arrowverse shows, Arrow and The Flash are the only two that have spent every moment preparing for what’s to come. Granted, they are likely to be at the center of it all, with Oliver and Barry’s lives hanging in the balance.
