If you haven’t noticed, it’s awards season. This past weekend, Game of Thrones stars stepped out at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, which snagged the majority of the headlines because actors are front-facing and charismatic and look great in designer gowns. (And congrats to Peter Dinklage on his win!)

But there are plenty other award shows going on, including the ACE Awards, which honor achievements in editing. Among the winner was Tim Porter, who won an Eddie for his work on “The Long Night,” the episode where the White Walkers attack Winterfell.

The flow of this battle is very important, and I think Porter 100% deserved this award. He won basically the same award at the Emmys several months back.
