Where is Dyn Djaren originally from?

Mando’s background is still very much a mystery, though we did learn a few things about his past by the end of season 1. We caught glimpses of his tragic childhood, specifically the deaths of his parents and rescue by a Mandalorian.

Mando’s nightmarish flashbacks are not depictions of “The Purge of Mandalore.” Mando’s age doesn’t line up chronologically; his memory of the looming Separatist B2 Super Battle Droid means the attack happened during a previously unknown operation during the Clone Wars (22-19 BBY).

What planet does the battle occur on? That’s a tough one. Since its been established that Dyn is not a pureblood Mandalorian, then he’s likely from a planet in the Mandalore Sector (also known as Mandalorian Space), part of the galaxy’s Outer Rim Territories that encompasses over a thousand worlds separate from the Galactic Republic.
