Okay, this one has a bit of a story to it. It starts with a fan, Matthew, going to a Comic Con in Liverpool earlier this year, before the coronavirus shut all such events down. While there, he met Elijah Wood, who played Frodo in the Peter Jackson movies:

But that wasn’t all. Matthew already had a pretty sweet Balrog tattoo, and it wouldn’t do but to have Frodo Baggins sign it!
