Game of Thrones season 4

Season 4 had so many game-changing events it’s easy to lose count. Things really got going at the Purple Wedding, when Joffrey Baratheon finally got what was coming to him.

Season 4 was also the first since the pilot when all three Lannister children were in a room together, and the actors took full advantage:

Across the Narrow Sea, Dany continued her conquest of Slaver’s Bay. Conquering a city like Meereen is sweaty work, so it’s important to stay cool:

Season 4 also gave us our best look yet at what the White Walkers were up to way north beyond the Wall

But Arya Stark may have stolen the show in season 4 as she trekked across the Riverlands with the Hound (Rory McCann):

That storyline climaxed with the Hound and Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) fought a knock-down, drag-out battle for the ages:

It still hurts to remember and I wasn’t even a part of it.
