Season 4 had so many game-changing events it’s easy to lose count. Things really got going at the Purple Wedding, when Joffrey Baratheon finally got what was coming to him.

Across the Narrow Sea, Dany continued her conquest of Slaver’s Bay. Conquering a city like Meereen is sweaty work, so it’s important to stay cool:

Season 4 also gave us our best look yet at what the White Walkers were up to way north beyond the Wall

No babies were harmed in the making of this baby sacrifice scene.
But Arya Stark may have stolen the show in season 4 as she trekked across the Riverlands with the Hound (Rory McCann):
That storyline climaxed with the Hound and Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) fought a knock-down, drag-out battle for the ages:
