Keep the surprises coming
While there have been rumors of Star Wars legacy characters making appearances in the second season, many things aren’t 100% confirmed. The latest trailer could have shown or teased Ahsoka, Bo Katan, or Boba Fett, which would have gotten a lot of attention, but they were nowhere to be found.
One of the show’s biggest surprises came at the end of season 1, when Moff Gideon cut his way out of the wreckage with the Darksaber, an ancient Mandalorian weapon, and left fans with more questions than answers. This scene worked so well because it came out of nowhere, and the more you think about it, the more intriguing it becomes.
The upcoming season could throw viewers for a loop with other unexpected twists and turns. For example, let’s go back to the mysterious connection between the Child and the Empire. Do they just want the Child to use his Force powers for their nefarious purposes, or is there something more to it?
The show could be waiting for the right time to reveal what this could be, and we’re on the edge of our seats waiting to find out.
