HBO pulls the curtain back on House of the Dragon! Warner Bros. destroys the movie industry (or saved it–depends who you ask)! Lots to discuss this week.

Whoa, the news this week! Welcome to an exciting episode of Take the Black Live, the show where we dare to talk about fantasy, sci-fi, movies, and TV. If anyone else on the internet is that brave, I’d like to see it.

Our topics this week include our first official look behind the scenes of House of the Dragon, HBO’s Game of Thrones prequel show; the furor over the announcement that Warner Bros. will be releasing all of its big movies straight to HBO Max; the cavalcade of unexpected guest stars turning up in the next Spider-Man movie; and a review of “The Tragedy,” the (at the time) latest Mandalorian episode.
