The Walking Dead fans will finally learn about Negan’s backstory in a new episode all about him and his wife Lucille! Take a peek behind the curtain:

The Walking Dead has had its ups and downs these last few seasons, however, I think things are about to take a turn for the best with the additional six episodes tacked onto the end season 10, airing soon. From what we understand, each episode is going to be focused on specific characters, including one all about Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and his wife Lucille (Hilarie Burton).

Hilarie Burton is Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s real-life wife, which makes it a very charming casting choice. I don’t think it could get more perfect than that, especially for all you One Tree Hill fans out there that remember Burton from that show. I anticipate it being an amazing episode, particularly because fans have always wanted to know more about Negan’s backstory and how he ended up where he did.

Get ready for some mushy, gushy, sweet moments of Negan with Lucille, as can be seen in this new image that Burton posted on her Instagram:

“Find the person you can depend on.” Awwww.

In addition to the Negan and Lucille-centric episode, we’ll also get episodes focused on Daryl and Carol and one that revolves around the return of Maggie (Lauren Cohan), which is also very exciting.

The six bonus The Walking Dead episodes will kick off on February 28 on AMC, starting with the one about Maggie’s return, “Home Sweet Home,” and ending with the Negan-and-Lucille episode we’re all dying to see, “Here’s Negan.”

Next. Chris Evans denies reports that he’s returning as Captain America. dark
