We all know that Lucky Charms are magically delicious, but it looks like Loki Charms are something entirely different. General Mills, the cereal company behind many of your favorite brands of cereal, introduced a special edition box of cereal dubbed “Loki Charms” and they sold out in mere minutes. But after Episode 5 of the hit Disney+ series Loki, another round of Loki Charms needs to be released ASAP.

Loki Charms have long been a staple of custom made t-shirt artists because the play on words is too tempting to pass up. General Mills joined forces with Disney and created a special website, “Mischievously Delicious”, where quick-fingered fans could capture a limited edition box of the cereal.

Loki Charms are burdened with glorious purpose

Needless to say, the supply was snatched up quickly, with many boxes landing on eBay almost instantly. But it looks like the time is right for their return after Episode 5 introduced some new faces to the fandom.

Now we have Loki, Sylvie, Classic Loki, Boastful Loki, Kid Loki, President Loki and, perhaps most importantly, Alligator Loki. With so many Lokis to choose from, it seems like a second edition of Loki Charms should be all but inevitable.

The website currently features a cartoon of Lucky the Leprechaun stepping into a magic portal with his bowl of cereal and deliciously magical marshmallows.

As soon as Lucky leaves, Loki appears and transports himself to the cover of the cereal box. The words “thank you” appear at the end, presumably because the promotion has ended.

With so much interest in the first promotion and the appearance of so many colorful characters, all of whom would make delightful marshmallows, it seems like another round of Loki Charms should be in the works. Knowing Disney, they will either order it right away to capitalize on the demand, or they will wait for Loki season 2…assuming there is a season 2…
