Hot Pie

Finally, everyone’s favorite character! In all seriousness, Hot Pie is one of those characters who make a significant impact on the audience despite a short amount of screen time. He was introduced as a bully, but after spending time with Arya and Gendry — and a traumatic run-in with Lannisters in Harrenhal — he became everyone’s favorite lovable baker. After being captured by the Brotherhood Without Banners, he stays at the Inn at the Crossroads to follow his passion.

Since his new employment, he appeared in the show two more times: once in season 4 when he gives Brienne a tip about the Stark sisters, and again in season 7 when he reunites with Arya after she returns from Braavos. He hasn’t appeared in the books after becoming a baker, this time at the Inn of the Kneeling Man, but Arya thinks him while training at the House of Black and White.

On the show, it would’ve been great to see Hot Pit one last time. During the finale, before Arya sails west, she should’ve visited him and eaten one of his pastries one more time.
