The Walking Dead is gearing up to return for another batch of new episodes, and we cannot wait. It’s the final season, after all, and anything could happen.

TVLine has released the first look at this next stretch, and it’s all about Maggie (Lauren Cohan). Taking a look at this image, it’s safe to assume things are going to get very chaotic: Maggie looks like she’s been through the wringer.

Despite being a bit bloodied, Maggie looks like she’s ready and eager to take down anything and everything that gets in her way. I don’t think the world is ready to see this version of her!

The Walking Dead Season 11B sneak peek

The “finale” of the first part of the final season (are you following along?) left us with a lot to process. Leah (Lynn Collins) killed Pope (Ritchie Coster), the leader of the Reapers, while letting Daryl (Norman Reedus) escape the group. Maggie was there, and based on this photo, she obviously survived the battle that followed.

In Alexandria, Mother Nature took out its rage on the small settlement, destroying the walls and letting in the walkers. Oh, and let’s not forget Judith (Cailey Fleming) is stuck in a basement with Gracie (Anabelle Holloway) while walkers are right above them and water is slowly creeping up to drown them.

I’m really rooting for her to make it out of this, folks! We need Judith in our lives!

We’re also going to spend a lot more time in the Commonwealth. I’m looking forward to meeting Pamela Milton (Laila Robins) for the first time, who’s a force to be reckoned with in the comics.

Be sure to tune in to watch the next arc of The Walking Dead whe it premieres on AMC on Sunday, February 20 at 9:00 p.m. EST. AMC+ subscribers get it a week early.
