From the premiere of Vikings: Valhalla to Walking Dead revelations to rumblings about House of the Dragon, there was a lot going on this week.

Here at WiC Weekly, we gather all the sci-fi and fantasy news that’s worth reporting so you don’t have to…you, so you don’t get to. It’s all a matter of persective.

First up, George R.R. Martin gives us s’more insight into House of the Dragon and at least mentions The Winds of Winter, which at this point is an event in itself:

Showtime was making (a bunch of) shows based on Patrick Rothfuss’ The Kingkiller Chronicle. They are extremely stalled and possibly just dead:
