It’s about to get scandalous on House of the Dragon when the fourth episode, “King of the Narrow Sea,” premieres this Sunday night. Daemon Targaryen (Matt Smith) is back home after killing the Crabfeeder (Daniel Scott-Smith) out in the Stepstones, but that’s not the most interesting part of the teaser. We learn that some type of accusation is being made, seemingly against Rhaenyra (Milly Alcock), and that King Viserys (Paddy Considine) is not happy about it.

Rhaenyra is putting off getting married despite her father’s wishes, and whatever new drama is afoot in Episode 4 makes him call her his “political headache.” Ouch. The possibilities are endless, but there’s only one way to find out what’s really going on.

I say this every week, but “King of the Narrow Sea” is definitely not one you want to miss! Here’s how long you can expect the episode to run.

House of the Dragon episode 4 run time

“King of the Narrow Sea” goes past the one-hour mark again, but not by a lot. According to HBO’s schedule, the episode will run for one hour and 2 minutes, starting at 9:00 p.m. EST and ending at 10:02 p.m. EST. That’s one minute shorter than last week’s episode.

If you’re watching House of the Dragon live on HBO, you can rewatch the episode with a 10:05 p.m. EST showing, which will be followed by a new episode of Last Week Tonight With John Oliver.

Of course, if you stream House of the Dragon episodes on HBO Max, “King of the Narrow Sea” will come out Sunday night at 9:00 p.m. EST as well, and you can rewatch it anytime you want on the app.

Get ready for another dramatic night and be sure to check out Winter is Coming’s podcast, Take the Black, when we go live right after the new episode.
