We might already be halfway through the first season of House of the Dragon, but the new names (and spellings) we have to learn are not slowing down anytime soon. There will be a 10-year time jump when Episode 6, “The Princess and the Queen,” opens up, and I really can’t say this enough: A lot will have changed. Obviously, a lot can happen in a decade’s time, especially in Westeros. New children, new alliances, and new feuds are all expected as we get into the final five episodes.
If you haven’t already, check out the preview for “The Princess and the Queen” below and prepare for new faces:
It’s going to be another exciting week on House of the Dragon, so let’s get into how you can tune in for Episode 6.
What time is House of the Dragon Episode 6 tonight? How to watch
Start Time: September 25, 2022 at 9:00 p.m. EST
TV Network: HBO
Episode: Season 1, Episode 6
Run Time: 1 hour, 7 minutes
Live Stream: HBO – HBO Max – Hulu with HBO Max add-on
House of the Dragon fans are still trying to get over the events of Episode 5, where Criston Cole snapped and beat Laenor Valeryon’s boyfriend Joffrey to death with no warning. Daemon also killed his wife Rhea, then showed up at Rhaenyra’s wedding and flirted pretty hard with her and with Laena Valeryon.
Oh yeah, and Criston told Alicent he slept with Rhaenyra and she didn’t turn him in, instead intervening at the end of the episode when he was about to take his own life. It was like whiplash watching all of these events go down, seriously.
So where do we go from here? More chaos, of course! Alicent seemingly now has Criston on her side, while there are rumors going around that maybe Rhaenyra’s children aren’t actually her husband Laenor’s. Expect scandal after scandal on this show.
