Finn Jones teases potential Iron Fist return: “We’ll see”
By Ashley Hurst
Before Disney+ became the one-stop home for all Marvel shows, Netflix had its own popular Marvel superhero team. Yes, I’m talking about The Defenders: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist. Earlier this year, the shows moved away from Netflix to join the all-encompassing Marvel section on Disney+. With Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil, now introduced into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans are wondering if the other Defenders will show up too.
Take Iron Fist, for instance, who had two seasons of his solo show plus a role in the team-up Defenders series. Up to now, he hasn’t appeared at all in the wider MCU, but actor Finn Jones isn’t giving up. “There’s always hope,” he told SYFY Wire. “That’s the beautiful thing about this industry, is that our industry relies on hope — hope that we’ll get that job.”
Not only is he down to continue playing Danny Rand, but he also has an idea for a potential sequel series, which involves himself and Mike Colter (Luke Cage):
"Look, I would love to play that character again. I think there’s so much room for development and growth with that character, and I’d love to see the character come back. Personally, I’d love to see a Heroes for Hire TV series with Luke Cage and Iron Fist. I think that would be a really wonderful direction for the characters to take. But, we’ll see."

Daredevil meets Jennifer Walters in She-Hulk!
Matt Murdock made his first appearance in the MCU in Spider-Man: No Way Home, but Daredevil appeared in the latest episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. In the episode, Murdock serves as the lawyer of Luke Jacobson, who is sent to court over supposedly creating a defective superhero suits. He’s up against none other than She-Hulk herself, Jennifer Walters. They aren’t immediately friends:
As the episode goes on, the two form a close bond. They even hook up. “Knowing that Charlie was taking this character on again and that we got to reintroduce him through this show, the dynamic between him and Jen is so, so special,” star Tatiana Maslany told Marvel.com.
Daredevil’s appearance in She-Hulk seems to only be a one-episode thing. Hopefully the dynamic between Murdock and Walters can continue to thrive, perhaps in the upcoming series, Daredevil: Born Again.
She-Hulk is now streaming on Disney+. That’s one Defender down, three more to go!
