How long is The Last of Us Episode 6? (“Kin” run time)
We’re getting closer to the end of The Last of Us season 1, sadly, but we still have a lot of ground to cover. If you’re anything like me, you’re still nowhere near getting over last week’s episode, “Endure and Survive,” which had a heartbreaking ending. But with the preview for Episode 6, “Kin,” revealing that Joel (Pedro Pascal) will finally find his brother Tommy (Gabriel Luna), I cannot wait to see what happens next. Despite the happy reunion, though, I’m sure not everything will go as planned.
The Last of Us Episode 6 will see the return of Tommy and introduce viewers to a new character, Maria, played by True Blood‘s Rutina Wesley. Joel and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) will be back in civilization as they get explore Tommy’s home in Wyoming. The preview hints at a potential betrayal on the way, and I just know it’ll be another emotional week. Check out the trailer here if you haven’t already:
The Last of Us Episode 6 run time
It’s been difficult to predict just how long each episode of The Last of Us will be. If you’ve been watching week after week, you’ll know that some episodes are movie-length while others come under the one-hour mark. So what can we expect with “Kin”? According to HBO’s schedule, the new episode is one hour and one minute long. That’s the same run time as Episode 5.
If you’re tuning in for the new episode of The Last of Us through the channel HBO, “Kin” will air this Sunday at 9:00 p.m. EST, followed by one encore showing. After that, the season 10 premiere of Last Week Tonight With John Oliver will play at 11:02 p.m. EST.
Streaming on HBO Max? “Kin” will be available to watch on the website and app at 9:00 p.m. EST this Sunday, and you can watch it anytime after that.
The Last of Us season 1 concludes with Episode 9, which is set to premiere on Sunday, March 12.
