With just one episode left in The Last of Us season 1, all eyes are on Joel (Pedro Pascal) and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) to see if they can finally reach the Fireflies and complete their journey. The two characters have formed a close bond since first meeting in the premiere, and viewers across the globe have fallen in love with their relationship. It’s been such a strong season, so fingers crossed that the finale is just as great or even better than what we’ve seen so far. We suspect there will be a lot of action, and maybe even some tears.

Last week, we got to see Troy Baker, the original voice actor for Joel from the games, join the cast as a character named James, one of the men in David’s (Scott Shepherd) cannibalistic group of survivors. And this time around with the finale, video game fans will hear a familiar voice in Ashley Johnson, who voicing Ellie in the games. She’ll be portraying Ellie’s mom Anna in what we can assume is a flashback scene. There’s a lot to look forward to in The Last of Us season 1 finale, and I can’t wait to watch it.
