Game of Thrones was one of the biggest shows of the past two decades, which is interesting, because it had a lot of content would figure would scare away a lot of people: incest, extreme violence, explicit sex, long and complicated storylines, etc. But that didn’t happen: people everywhere embraced Game of Thrones and made it as anything a mass market company like Disney has put out over the past century.

As long as we’re making that comparison, what if Disney made Game of Thrones? That’s the thought that occurred to the proprietors of the AI Generated Art YouTube channel, which uses AI to…well, generate art. Their new video imagines what Game of Thrones would look like if they were rendered in the style of more recent Disney films like TangledFrozen and Moana. Take a look:

Looks pretty plausible. For some reason Disney Jaime stands out to me. That’s a big nose. I like Disney Theon, too. Bring us Disney Reek! And Disney Joffrey is adorable.

What if Game of Thrones were in a classic Disney movie?

If you’re interested, people have also imagined what Game of Thrones characters would look like if they were rendered in the style of older animated Disney movies like The Little Mermaid and Aladdin. For instance, here’s Arya and the Hound as drawn by Anderson Mahanski and Fernando Mendonça:

If Game of Thrones characters attendee the Met Gala

Finally, back to AI-generated images, a new set has been making the rounds: what would Game of Thrones characters look like if they attended the Met Gala? Artificialartsuk gave us an idea over on TikTok:

There’s really no bottom to this stuff. We shall keep spelunking!
