Pics: House Hightower camps in the woods in House of the Dragon season 2

The Lannisters and Hightowers are on the move in the second season of House of the Dragon. Check out the latest pics from the set!

The other week, we saw the Lannisters riding to war on the set of House of the Dragon, which is currently filming its second season. It seems that the green army is mobilizing in force, as now we have pics of House Hightower camping out in the woods.

Or at least we have evidence that they’ve been there. These pics come from @UnBoxPHD, who is doing amazing work going behind the scenes of HBO’s Game of Thrones prequel show:

That’s the Hightower, the distinctive sigil of House Hightower. It’s also on their tents:

We also have some video of weapons on racks:

Even during a war, sometimes you need to sit down:

And finally, we have this interesting prop. Maybe a musical instrument of some kind? I’m not sure:

There’s nothing hugely mind-blowing here, just proof of that the Hightower army will be out and about in House of the Dragon season 2. The Hightowers and the Lannisters are both fighting on behalf of King Aegon II Targaryen against Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen. We wonder if these two armies are part of the same scene.

We’ll know more when House of the Dragon season 2 premieres on HBO and Max sometime in 2024.
