It's Halloween! Are you dressing up? Do you know someone who's dressing up? Are you now or have you ever been someone who dresses up? And if so, have you ever dressed up as a character from the Seven Kingdoms? Plenty of folk have over the years, and while not as many are dressing up as citizens of Westeros as were back when Game of Thrones was on, the prequel series House of the Dragon is giving fans new characters to imitate.

Let's take a look at some of the House of the Dragon-themed costumes making their way around the internet, starting with a guy dressed up like the indomitable Daemon Targaryen, complete with Daemon's dragon Caraxes:

One of the most instantly identifiable characters from House of the Dragon is Aemond Targaryen, thanks to his eyepatch. This Aemond is great; I wonder if there's a false sapphire eye under there.

Daemon makes another appearance below, together with his wife and niece Rhaenyra Targaryen. Targaryens think different, folks.

I'm glad to see someone chose to dress up as the beleaguered King Aegon II Targaryen, who for my money emerged from the show's second season as its most interesting character.

This is mostly an article about people wearing House of the Dragon costumes, but we can forgive one Jon Snow, can't we?

The couple above are dressed up as Alicent Hightower and Criston Cole, who share a surpremely unhealthy love that dare not speak its name.

Here's one more Game of Thrones costume for the road. This is an excellent Littlefinger costume, and the guy gets extra points for the flourish with the sleeves. The pose matters, everyone!

Happy Halloween to all those who celebrate. And if Westeros costumes aren't your thing, maybe you'll find more inspiration on the desert sands of Arrakis:
