What to expect from Invincible's newest chapter
From the first three episodes and trailer, we already have a pretty good idea of what we can expect from Invincible season 4. It seems inevitable that Mark will need to decide what kind of hero he wants to be: a ruthless one that prevents threats before they go too far — even at the cost of his own goodness — or someone who does the right thing and faces the consequences.
He's clearly leaning toward the latter in the three-part premiere, but we'll need to keep watching to see if that sticks. Invincible is also building to a much larger showdown with the Viltrum Empire, which will bring Mark's story colliding with Nolan's once again. That's incentive alone to keep watching, though it does make the wait from week to week feel slightly more agonizing.
