Of course the actor who played Young Ned Stark would star in a Game of Thrones spinoff show

Since Game of Thrones ended in 2019, HBO has developed a number of spinoff series, one of which is already on the air, another of which is coming next year, and several of which may never see the light of day. With so much Game of Thrones news in the air, why not throw some more ideas on the pile?
That's what ScreenRant did when it recently interviewed Sebastian Croft, who played Young Ned Stark for a couple of episodes back in season 6 of Game of Thrones, when Bran Stark was visiting the past and got to see his father as a child. Check out Croft work as Young Ned below:
So would Croft be open to starring in a hypothetical Game of Thrones spinoff series about Young Ned Stark? "Oh my God, of course. Are you kidding?" he said. "It's such a wonderful show and world and to even in a small way feel like a Stark is still something that's cool. I think Ned is such an interesting character. What he becomes, where you meet him in Season 1 of Game of Thrones, where he is at his maybe greatest, and what his journey towards that was, I think would be very interesting. If someone wants to make it, I'm here and I will do it. That sounds awesome."
Although it's developing a lot of shows, so far HBO has been fairly careful about which it actually puts into production, and I don't think a show about Young Ned Stark is on their radar at the moment. But give it a few years and see where the franchise is at. Anything could happen down the line.
As for Croft, playing Young Ned was one of the first first onscreen roles he had. His biggest role after that is probably playing Ben Hope on the Netflix series Heartstopper, and he was talking to Screenrant to promote his new horror comedy Get Away, so he's going places.
If Croft were to return as Young Ned Stark, he'd be a good bit older than he was when he originally played the part; Croft is 22 years old now and was only 14 when his Game of Thrones episodes came out in 2016; he was likely even younger when he filmed his scenes. So he's old enough now to play Ned during events like the Tourney at Harrenhal, or during Robert's Rebellion.
Y'know, now that I think about it, maybe I wouldn't mind seeing a show about Young Ned, or at least about Robert's Rebellion with Croft playing Young Ned. But for now, we have the new Game of Thrones spinoff A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms to look forward to next year. Meanwhile, House of the Dragon will be back for a third season sometime in 2026.
