Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 3 premieres on Friday, Nov. 20, on Disney+.
The release date news was revealed during the Percy Jackson and the Olympians panel from Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday, July 23.

This is a little bit earlier than we were expecting to see the new season. The first two seasons premiered on Disney+ in November, and I remember seeing that Disney+ was eyeing another December premiere for Percy Jackson season 3. You won’t find me complaining, though. The earlier we get this new season, the better.
New episodes of Percy Jackson season 3 will air weekly on Disney+ on Fridays.

Walker Scobell, Leah Jeffries, and Aryan Simhadri are back as Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, and Grover Underwood in the new season that will test them unlike any season so far. They’ll be joined by stars Daniel Diemer, Dior Goodjohn, Charlie Bushnell, and Tamara Smart in the new season.
Percy Jackson season 3 is based on The Titan’s Curse, the third book of Rick Riordan’s book series. Those who have read the book know what’s coming. If you haven’t, just expect the first two seasons to look like child’s play. This is where this story really takes a turn.
In the book, Percy and his friends have a major war to prevent between the Gods and the Titans, but to do so, they must rescue a goddess who was taken. Percy also has Kronos’ larger plan to deal with, too.
We’re also going to be meeting a few new cast members in season 3, including Levi Chrisopulos as Nico di Angelo and Olive Abercrombie as Bianca di Angelo. Those who read the books know just how impactful the sibling duo is in this story.
They aren’t the only newbies on the Percy Jackson season 3 cast either. We have Dafne Keen joining the cast as Artemis, along with Saara Chaudry as Zoë Nightshade, Ming-Na Wen as Hera, Jennifer Beals as Demeter, Hubert Smielecki as Apollo, Kate MacKinnon as Aphrodite, Holt McCallany as Atlas, Jesse L. Martin as Frederick Chase, and David Costabile as Dr. Thorn.
