Elliot Page is returning as Viktor Hargreeves one last time in The Umbrella Acedemy season 4, which will end the series as it begin: weirdly.

Later this year, fans will get to enjoy the fourth and final season of The Umbrella Academy, the off-kilter superhero show about the dysfunctional Hargreeves siblings, all of whom have superpowers and all of whom need therapy yesterday. The third season, as usual, ended on a cliffhanger, with the lot of the Hargreeves having lost their powers as they stare the barrel of what is very likely one last apocalypse. The final season will only have six episodes, down from the usual 10, but at least fans will get these characters a proper goodbye.

Elliot Page, who plays the supremely powerful Viktor Hargreeves, said all they could say about what's coming to Radio Times. "I’m not really allowed to say anything but it’s gonna be, as per usual, very fun, classic Hargreeves chaos and hijinks." Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Page also talked about how much they enjoyed playing some of the action scenes. "I was having so much fun. I was like six years old in my bedroom."

So the final season of The Umbrella Academy will have chaotic hijinks and action, which we probably all could have guessed with Page confirming it, but it's still nice to know. We also know that real-life marrieds Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman will be joining the cast as a pair of married community college professors living in New Mexico, while David Cross will be on hand as a family man desperate to reconnect with his estranged daughter. All three of those actors are known for their comedic work, and while The Umbrella Academy may technically be a superhero action drama, but the tone is more than loose enough to accomodate some comedy.

The final season of The Umbrella Academy drops on Netflix on August 8.
