WiC Weekly: July 21 - 27

Time marches ever on in the worlds of sci-fi, fantasy, movies, TV and books, and we record it all here on WinterIsComing.net. Let's go over some of the biggest stories of the week, starting with our review of the latest episode of House of the Dragon, "Smallfolk":
One of the biggest twists in "Smallfolk" was a kiss between Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen and her mistress of whisperers Mysaria. Actors Emma D'Arcy and Sonya Mizuno break it down:
"Smallfolk" was one of the best episodes of House of the Dragon season 2 so far, which is good. But it's becoming increasingly clear that the show doesn't put much stock in following the source material, George R.R. Martin's book Fire & Blood. And that's not necessarily bad, but it is...potentially troubling:
Deadpool & Wolverine is out in theaters! It's the capstone to a long journey (and probably the start of another one, knowing Marvel):
