In addition to Martin, we also spoke with his longtime artist collaborator Raya Golden. Their latest project together is a graphic novel called Voyaging, which adapts Martin's 1986 novella The Plague Star. We spoke with Golden about the future of this graphic novel series and how it came about in the first place, including a trip down memory lane to discuss one of Martin's most messed up stories, Meathouse Man:
