The castles of Westeros are nearly as famous as some of the characters: Winterfell, the Red Keep, Riverrun...the lot of them looked great on Game of Thrones, and now you can buy and live in one...assuming you have £675,000 (about $895,802) to spend.

Yes, according to CPS Property, Gosford Castle is on sale. Located in the town of Markethill in Northern Ireland, Gosford Castle showed up on Game of Thrones in the third and sixth season. It's the site where Robb Stark executes Rickard Karstark, and later Jaime Lannister visits for a couple of episodes when he's dispatched to deal with meddlesome Tullys occupying the castle of Riverrun in defiance of the crown.

In reality, Gosford Castle was built between 1819 and 1825, so it wasn't an actual medieval castle, but rather built by a British royal back when constructing castles for yourself was all the rage. It was used to house soldiers during World War II, though, so there is some historical interest.

A chunk of the castle was actually sold in 2019 and split into six different apartments, or "flats" if you wanna be British about it. The section on sale now is described as a "semi-detached house"; it's got three bedrooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms and four reception rooms. All told it's 5403 square feet.

It's also got an elevator ("lift" in British) and two gates. It's about an hour from both Belfast and Dublin and is nestled in a lovely forest area. Take this guided video tour below:

Weirdly, there seems to be a lot of Game of Thrones stuff going on sale lately; HBO is also auctioning off a ton of props and costumes and such from the show later this month. But obviously buying Riverrun is the most impressive. So start checking under those coach cushions.
