Stranger Things 5 is less that one month away, and we still haven't seen the official trailer for the final season of the Netflix original series. That all changes tomorrow.
Netflix recently revealed the first official Stranger Things 5 trailer will be released on Thursday, Oct. 30, and we couldn't be more excited to see what's coming up for the heroes of Hawkins in the final season. So far, we've only seen short teasers and snippets from the new season. I have a feeling we're about to learn a lot about Stranger Things 5 in a very short time.

Stranger Things 5 premieres on Wednesday, Nov. 26, at 8 p.m. ET. The first four episodes of the season will be released on that date, followed by three more episodes on Christmas Day (Dec. 25) at 8 p.m. ET. Then, the series finale will be released on New Year's Eve (Dec. 31) at 8 p.m. ET, as well. You can also watch the finale in theaters!
We were expecting to see the Stranger Things 5 trailer soon, but I don't know if anyone expected to see it tomorrow, honestly. We only have one week left until Stranger Things Day, which is on Thursday, Nov. 6. That's the day Will Byers went missing in the Upside Down in 1983. I have a feeling we're probably going to see another trailer for Stranger Things 5 released that day, too, but we'll have to wait and see.
As for what to expect in the Stranger Things 5 trailer, I don't think anyone has any idea! Of course, we know a little bit about where this story is headed. We're going to be jumping to 1987 after the events of the season 4 finale. This season, Eleven, Mike, Will, Dustin, Lucas, Hopper, and the rest of the gang in Hawkins are looking for Vecna this time around. And, we still don't know if Max is still in a coma after suffering so much in season 4.
In terms of what to expect in the trailer, it will likely only feature footage from those first few episodes of the season. That's usually what happens when Netflix releases new trailers for Stranger Things seasons. We're not going to get a lot of clips from the later episodes.
Remember, this is Netflix's first three-part release for a season of Stranger Things, and it's going to get wild! So, it's time to lock in, buckle up, and just sit back and enjoy the ride. This is the last time, as a fandom, that we get to do this, so I think we should all enjoy it. Take that negative energy, bottle it up, and throw that into the sea.
In preparing for the trailer's release, I was going through the cast list, and I don't know if we'll even see all of these characters in the first trailer! There are so many!
