Last week, Netflix released the fourth season of The Witcher, its epic fantasy show based on the books by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. Fans have been eager to see how this season handled the material, in large part because it's the first season to feature Liam Hemsworth as the monster hunter Geralt of Rivia, following the departure of star Henry Cavill after season 3.
But The Witcher season 4 isn't all about Geralt. There's also plenty of action for Geralt's foster daughter Ciri (Freya Allan), who's fallen in with a gang of thieves called the Rats, and his sorceress lover Yennefer of Vengerberg (Anya Chalotra), who gathers sorceresses around her in order to go after the dreadfully powerful mage Vilgefortz of Roggeveen (Mahesh Jadu).
