15. Myranda
Raise your hand if you were glad to finally see Ramsey’s pathetic pet removed from the picture. Myranda was one of those thoroughly irritating tertiary characters, like a rock in your shoe that you can’t get rid of until you find a place to sit down.
And of course, the worst part is that she was right. Sansa was a fool to think that being “a Stark in Winterfell” afforded her any protection. Myranda actually did know her lover in a way Sansa would never know him as a husband until it was far too late. But her death was still a relief—Theon finally took revenge and stood up for House Stark after his repeated betrayals. (It was also revenge for Season 3—you may recall it was Myranda who came into the room and made it easier for Ramsey to cut his member off in “The Bear and the Maiden Fair.”) Thank god she’s done. Let’s hope Ramsey goes the same way, and soon.
