Here’s where Davos gets his big line. “The real war is between the living and the dead, and make no mistake: the dead are coming.” Apparently, Davos is preaching this to someone. (Can anyone make out what that sigil behind him is?) This kind of lines up with what Davos does in A Dance with Dragons, where he goes to different northern lords and tries to recruit them to Stannis’ cause. Perhaps this time, he’s visiting them to spread a different message.
And theirs is a Song of Ice and Fire.
