Earlier this week, I posted what we knew about Knock Knock as of Sunday, which was already a pretty heavy amount of stuff, because this episode is set to be one of the scariest episodes of Doctor Who, and a reminder for Classic Who fans. Today, I bring you a full inside scoop on what to expect.
Today, on Wednesday, we have a few more things released to the public, starting with an interesting fact: Knock Knock was filmed at the same place where Blink was shot.
Also, expect a Classic Who era Easter Egg. The actor who plays Harry (one of the housemates) is the grandson of Harry Sullivan, a companion for the Fourth Doctor. Expect an easter egg. Click here for more information at the Den of Geeks if you don’t mind being spoiled.
Also, many pictures were released today. Here are our four favorites!
Here’s a picture of our creepy landlord, played by David Suchret. In the teaser, we see him telling Bill’s friends that it’s time to “pay the price” of their contract.
Here’s the Doctor doing what it looks like giving a talking to a…woodgirl? At least it’s not a Weeping Angel.
Here is what looks like a classic situation…everyone’s in trouble, and the Doctor’s here to help.
How creepy are these monsters? I wonder what they’ll sound like in the binaural audio.
That’s what we know for Episode 4, Knock Knock! The show will play at the same time (no binaural) on BBC One at 7:20, and it still looks like only the the iPlayer will be premiering the special airing. The show airs on BBC America at 9 PM, just like every week.
