Watch the trailer for next week’s episode of Game of Thrones, “The Spoils of War”

Three episodes down, four to go. Game of Thrones season 7 is shaping up to be one for the ages. Cersei and company are smashing their enemies at every turn, and things are starting to look pretty desperate for Daenerys. Who saw that coming?

Take a look at the promo for next week’s episode, “The Spoils of War.” Or as we like to call it, “The Dragons Unleashed.” Will things turn around for the Mother of Dragons?

When Dany first sailed for Westeros, she appeared to be unbeatable. After losing the Greyjoy fleet, the Dornish and the Tyrells, Dany is actually starting to look quite vulnerable. Sure, she still has her dragons and her Dothraki, but she’s effectively lost her Unsullied, as well. To make matters worse, the promo shows Cersei settling her tab with the Iron Bank, giving her even more power. The script keeps getting flipped.

But it looks like Dany may be done being Mrs. Nice Conqueror. “Enough with the clever plans,” she says. And then, at the end of the trailer, we have Drogon flying through the clouds, Daenerys on his back. She means business.

Normally, that would be the shot of the trailer. But what could top Arya Stark on her horse, gazing at Winterfell? Bran reuniting with Sansa was great, as was Sansa reuniting with Jon last season, but a three-way Stark reunion involving Arya? That could put both scenes to shame. Only a reunion between Jon and Arya could hit us in the feels harder.
