Adidas releasing Game of Thrones-inspired sneakers?

Game of Thrones is coming to an end sometime next year, but there’s still a lot of money to be made from it. Case in point: rumors are swirling that Adidas and HBO Merchandising are teaming up to release a line of Game of Thrones inspired sneakers to coincide with the release of season 8.

The rumors come courtesy of YEEZY MAFIA, who leaked mock-ups of the shoes, all of which are variations on Adidas’ line of Ultra Boost sneakers, to Twitter. (Game of Thrones, shoes based on Game of Thrones…everything even tangentially related to this show has people who wanna leak it.) Take a look at a shoe inspired by House Stark:

Next up, the House Lannister Ultra Boosts are looking pretty mean in red, gold and black:

The Night’s Watch sneakers are black, of course, but why stop at the soles?

Meanwhile, the White Walkers, the enemy of the Night’s Watch and all mankind, aren’t left out in the cold, as they also received their own shoe:

Finally, House Targaryen received not one, but two different versions of the Ultra Boost:

We’re guessing those cream ones were inspired by Daenerys’ epic coat from season 7. But the black pair has our attention; I dig the orange stripes representing dragonflame.

Do you think the High Sparrow would appreciate these? Dude was always going on about shoes. And where’s the love for House Arryn? Or House Tyrell, or House Greyjoy? But maybe we should wait to see if these rumors are borne about before demanding new variants.
