Ten amazing graphic novels that deserve TV adaptations

Fables might just be the fairest comic of them all. But will it find its happily ever after on the small screen? I hope so.

Created and written by Bill Willingham, Fables is a wonderfully original urban fantasy series with 150 issues to its name. After a mysterious creature known as the Adversary conquers their lands and sends them into exile, fairy tale characters are forced to live alongside New Yorkers. Before long, they establish a community in an apartment building called Fabletown. When Rose Red is mysteriously murdered, only the Big Bad Wolf can solve the case, with the help of Rose’s sister Snow White.

This series has kept comic readers including myself under its enchantment for so years. Who’s to say a TV show can’t replicate this?
