Kristofer Hivju (Tormund Giantsbane) gets in touch with his feelings for Emotion Awareness Day. Also, a gameshow contestant misses the easiest Game of Thrones question ever.

Game of Thrones fans have had an exciting couple of weeks. We’ve learned about more cast members joining House of the Dragon, an animated spinoff, and even a Tales of Dunk and Egg show. But the original cast members have been up to stuff too. Most notably, Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) and Rose Leslie (Ygritte) became parents! And they’re not the only ones making waves.

For instance, Kristofer Hivju (Tormund Giantsbane) is back after recently teaming up with Will Ferrell for a Super Bowl ad. Now, he narrates a video promoting Emotion Awareness Day, a day that encourages us to explore and celebrate all emotions. If you want to learn about what it exactly is, check out their official web page here. Or watch the video with Hivju below:

Next up is Gemma Whelan (Yara Greyjoy). Not many things confirm your status as a celebrity more than seeing a question about yourself on a gameshow, and that’s just what happened to her. The question even came on The Chase, hosted by Bradley Walsh, one of the highest-rated quiz shows in the UK. “Gemma Whelan played Yara Greyjoy in what TV series?” the announcer asks. Surely everyone here knows the answer to that, right?

Probably, but the contestant apparently had no idea and passed on the question. I’m sure most viewers were screaming at their screens in that moment. “When you make it don’t make it,” Whelan wrote on her Instagram.

Finally, Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth) made Vogue’s list of “The Most Unforgettable Moments From 35 Years Of New York Fashion Week” because of course she did. Christie has lit up red carpets and runways with her fashion choices over the years. If anyone deserves a place on this list, it’s her.

Having recently landed the role of Lucifer on Netflix’s adaptation of The Sandman, it’s likely that we’ll see even more of her on red carpets in the near future!

Christie wasn’t to only Game of Thrones star to be cast in The Sandman. The upcoming Netflix series also stars Charles Dance as bad guy Roderick Burgess. There are only seven cast members confirmed so far, with hundreds to be announced. It’s entirely possible that could see even more Thrones alums lined up. Maisie Williams as Death?

How well do The Sandman actors match their characters?. dark. Next
