The Last of Us Episode 7 soundtrack: All the songs played

The Last of Us continued tonight with a brand-new episode that focused on Ellie’s (Bella Ramsey) life in FEDRA military school before meeting Joel (Pedro Pascal). Fans of The Last of Us video game series will know this story well, as it’s adapted from the award-winning expansion Left Behind. We get to see Ellie’s relationship with a new character named Riley (Storm Reid), a teenage girl who’s just joined the Fireflies. The two enjoy an adventurous night together that ends in devastation.

We won’t go into all the big spoilers from The Last of Us Episode 7 in case you haven’t finished it yet, but if you’re watching the episode and have the urge to start looking up the songs that featured in the episode, we don’t blame you. Unlike the past couple of episodes, “Left Behind” actually features multiple songs.

One of my favorite scenes from tonight’s episode comes toward the end when Ellie and Riley are exploring a Halloween store at the deserted mall. At Riley’s request, the pair put on funny masks and then start dancing together to “I Got You Babe” before Ellie asks Riley not to go with the Fireflies.
