The latest Game of Thrones spinoff has arrived, but there are still plenty more on the horizon. A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms has just kicked off its first season, giving yet another glimpse into a new corner of this fantasy world. Even with the backlash against how Game of Thrones ended, the franchise continues to grow with new shows.
With A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms now airing and House of the Dragons season 3 on the way, there are still even more spinoffs to come. While some of the planned Game of Thrones shows fell through, there are still other exciting adventures in Westeros and beyond to look forward to. Here are four that we know are still in the works.

1. Aegon's Conquest
The Targaryens will once again be at the center of what could be the next Game of Thrones spinoff. A series focusing on Aegon Targaryen's conquest of Westeros is in the works, highlighting the beginning of the dynasty that has shaped this franchise. The series will be written by The Batman 2 co-writer Mattson Tomlin, with some recent reports suggesting it might actually become a movie rather than a show.
While Aegon the Conqueror was mentioned various times in the original Game of Thrones series, House of the Dragon provided new context to the character and his legacy. Viserys (Paddy Considine) revealed that Aegon was not a greedy conqueror, but a hero who saw the impending threat of the White Walkers and knew he had to unite the Seven Kingdoms in order to defeat them. It presents an interesting launching point for this story.

2. The Golden Empire
The Golden Empire is a Game of Thrones spinoff that has largely been shrouded in mystery, though it does mark two firsts for the franchise. If it gets made, this series will be the first animated Game of Thrones show, though it will still be made strictly for adult audiences. It will also be the first of the spinoffs to take place outside of Westeros.
While details are still vague, the series will be focused on the ancient empire of Yi Ti in Essos. With the wealth, power, and politics of this world, The Golden Empire could cleverly capture the essence of Game of Thrones' major themes while also feeling like a story totally separate from the rest of the franchise.

3. The Sea Snake
It is possible there is another animated spinoff on the horizon, this one focusing on a character that fans have already met. The Sea Snake or Nine Voyages is reportedly a spinoff series in development that will follow the adventures of Corlys Velaryon, portrayed by Steve Toussaint in House of the Dragon.
Corlys is known as one of the greatest ship commanders in the Seven Kingdoms, and the show will follow his most legendary voyages around the known world. While the show was initially conceived as a live-action series, it has reportedly been reworked as an animated adventure.

4. Ten Thousand Ships
Yet another Game of Thrones spinoff will apparently be set on the high seas. Ten Thousand Ships will also take audiences far from Westeros with a story centered around Princess Nymeria of the Rhoyne. After her home was conquered by the Valyrian Freehold, Nymeria sailed her people to a new home in Dorne.
Game of Thrones loves highlighting powerful women in this world, and Princess Nymeria is one of the most compelling in the lore of this vast franchise. It would be a grand adventure focusing on an impressive, heroic, and complicated protagonist. Though it was initially thought to be scrapped, Ten Thousand Ships is back on track with a new writer now attached.
