The Mandalorian: 5 Easter Eggs you may have missed in “The Siege”

When Mando drops off the Child at the schoolhouse, we see a 3PO droid teaching the class and referencing iconic Star Wars locations. We’ve seen a couple of these droids throughout the galaxy, but the most recognizable one is C-3PO, played by Anthony Daniels, who has recently petitioned to appear in The Mandalorian. We wonder how he feels seeing another 3PO droid on the show he’s trying to get on.

In class, the droid talks about the various trade routes in the galaxy, such as the Corellian Run and the Hydian Way. The droid also mentions the Akkadesse Maelstrom, which was seen in Solo: A Star War Story — the infamous Kessel Run took Han Solo right through it.

Some planets were mentioned, like the capital of the Old Republic, Coruscant. The prequel location was also brought up at the end of the episode when Greef Karga is questioned by Captain Carson Teva (Paul Sun-Hyung Lee). Given its importance in Star Wars lore, of course it would get brought up often.

The capital of the New Republic, Chandrila, was also mentioned during the class. The planet was also the homeworld and birthplace of both Mon Montha and Ben Solo. We haven’t seen this planet at all yet, but hopefully, we’ll get to see it soon. What else was being taught in that class?
